Rachel is looking forward to using her skills gained at MCTC to become a UX Designer and Researcher. She has more than a decade of customer service skills, library, and research skills and majored in Anthropology while an undergrad at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Rachel has an insatiable appetite to understand users and their behavior, which will immensely help any organization exceed their development and design goals!
